Project Manager - Retail Construction

Location: Long Island, NY (Nassau County)

Compensation: $120,000-$150,000 Base Salary + Benefits

Our client is a General Contractor specializing in retail and commercial projects around Long Island and throughout NYC. The company is headquartered in Nassau County and is looking for a lead Project Manager to oversee retail and commercial construction projects. This position is an urgent hire.

Job Description:

• First point of contact for all project related needs.

• Oversee budgets, schedules, documentation, and trades.

• Insure construction schedules are adhered and deadlines met.

• Coordinate material delivery logistics.

• Lead construction progress meetings with Developers, Architects, Engineers, and Subcontractors.

• Schedule and assist in progress meetings with Trade Contractors and Construction Superintendents.

• Record meeting minutes.

• Organize and coordinate sending of construction documents to project team and other any necessary persons.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of commercial or retail construction experience.

• Hands on construction professional with a strong knowledge of project management software.

• Strong verbal, written, and facilitation skills.

• Excellent at meeting project deliverables.

Compensation: $120,000-$150,000 Base Salary + Benefits
