An International Hotel Developer is actively seeking a Hospitality Design Manager to lead the design and development of new hotel projects.

This role will guide a team through the entire design process from initial concept stages to handover. The Design Manager will be responsible for budgeting, scheduling, permitting, approvals, and compliance. With an emphasis on brand standards, you will establish and uphold the quality and integration of hotel products.

Responsibilities:

§ Lead all aspects of design and development

§ Implement design packages from various internal departments (F&B, Operations, Marketing, etc.)

§ Ensure compliance with corporate brand standards

§ Foster professional development through educational and training programs upholding company culture

§ Manage RFI's and approvals to assist with standardization

§ Drive project administration by managing change order design costs and scheduling impacts

§ Responsible for quality control of all works in progress

Qualifications

§ Bachelors in Architecture, Interior Design, or equivalent

§ 7 years of design and development experience in the hospitality sector

§ High level proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch-up, Revit/BIM

§ Capable of managing multiple projects

§ Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
