💰 Base Salary: $170,000 - $270,000 + Bonus

An active owner builder is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee full lifecycle delivery of a 400-unit, four-building wood frame multifamily campus in Stamford, CT.

This role offers direct ownership interaction and long term pipeline visibility within Connecticut.

Wood frame multifamily experience is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead project from preconstruction through completion

• Own budgets, forecasting, change management, and cost reporting

• Drive schedule performance across four concurrent buildings

• Oversee Superintendent(s) and field teams

• Coordinate with consultants, lenders, and internal ownership stakeholders

• Utilize Procore, MS Project, and Bluebeam for reporting

• Ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• 10-20+ years multifamily project management experience

• Wood frame multifamily experience required

• Experience delivering 300+ unit ground up developments preferred

• Strong financial ownership and cost control background

• Experience managing multi building or phased projects

• Procore expertise required
