Senior Superintendent - Wood Frame Multifamily

💰 Base Salary: $170,000 - $270,000 + Bonus

An established owner builder with an active Connecticut pipeline is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead field execution of a 400-unit, four-building wood frame multifamily development in Stamford, CT.

This is a campus-level leadership role overseeing multiple buildings and field teams. Wood frame multifamily experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead all field operations across four concurrent wood frame buildings

• Oversee and mentor building level Superintendents and field staff

• Drive framing sequencing, panel coordination, and vertical construction strategy

• Own master field schedule and production milestones

• Enforce subcontractor accountability, safety, and quality control

• Partner directly with Project Management and ownership

• Oversee inspections, phased turnovers, and CO strategy

• Utilize Procore for daily reporting, documentation, and tracking

Qualifications

• 12-20+ years ground up multifamily construction experience

• Extensive wood frame multifamily experience required

• Experience leading multi building or 300+ unit projects

• Proven ability to manage multiple field teams simultaneously

• Strong Procore proficiency

• Stable tenure and leadership presence preferred
